Russian Foreign Minister Says US Talks on Ukraine Peace Stalled

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that despite ongoing dialogue with the United States, substantive progress on Ukraine and peace negotiations has stalled, with talks producing no concrete results.

Lavrov told Russian media that while regular communication continues between the two countries, "nothing is happening in real life" on the core issues.
