US-Iran-Israel War

After more than 100 days of war, the United States and Iran have reached a framework agreement to end the conflict, brokered by Pakistan and set for formal signing in Geneva on Friday, June 19.

The deal mandates an immediate and permanent cessation of all military operations on every front—including Lebanon, where Israel and Hezbollah continue fighting—and includes the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz under safe, toll-free passage for 60 days.

The agreement follows over 900 coordinated US-Israeli strikes beginning in February 2026 that killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, triggering massive retaliatory missile and drone attacks across the Middle East.

Over the next 60 days, both sides will negotiate a final settlement on Iran’s nuclear program, sanctions relief, and the release of frozen Iranian assets, while the US removes its naval blockade within 30 days.
